I just found a new place to find and list giveaways - Giveaway Scout - All blog giveaways, contests and sweepstakes in one place.  It's a giveaway search engine that scans thousands of blogs daily and automatically post them to their site and email their subscribers.  They also have a widget displaying the latest giveaways.
