Starting out with reviews and giveaways it can be difficult to get comments and entries. Here are a few places I've found to list giveaways
My favorite site is Sweepstakes Advantage. This is the site I use when entering giveaways.
Online-Sweepstakes.com is where I've heard most people get the majority of their traffic.

Also don't forget to list them in the appropriate groups on mom and blogging networks:
