Learn to say "No"
Do you find yourself running around daily doing things others have asked of you? Do you run out of time for the things you want to do? You may need to learn the art of saying "No." Most of us feel obligated to do things simply because we have been asked and we feel guilty if we don't. However, this is an unhealthy expectation of ourselves and can lead to feeling overwhelmed and inadequate. Learn to establish personal boundaries and say "no" to things that are not in line with your personal goals and priorities.
